Located within an existing retail center, this Design-Build renovation includes an interior tenant finish of two existing suites for use by the newly formed City of Mableton Code Enforcement and Business License Headquarters. The space is additionally designed for general governmental use for the growing City of Mableton.
Suites are designed and built to balance cost consciousness, aesthetics, and duty to the City’s residents. The design is a clean, modern take on a government office space, with white design elements contributing to this modern aesthetic. Great thought was given to reimagining these offices to align with new priorities, from flexibility to collaboration to sustainability. Construction challenges were presented due to the age of the overall development and having to upgrade several services to meet current code requirements.
