Two Phases of Rock Solid Climate-Controlled Self-Storage were completed by CSC Contracting. These two Design-Build projects provided an expansion of the facility by a two-story building of 19,000 square feet, including interior and exterior units. Phase three was another Design-Build expansion, including a one-story building of 21,000 SF. This building contained both interior and exterior accessed units.
