These two Design-Build industrial buildings are designed on a six-acre site. The master planning of the site includes two speculative office warehouse buildings, both of which are fully leased. The primary structural system is a pre-engineered metal building with a combination of brick veneer and pre-finished vertical metal wall panels. The interior build-out includes a lobby, offices, bullpen, breakroom, and restrooms.
