CSC General Contracting provided design-build services for this existing 30,000 square foot shell of a pre-engineered metal building. Fusion offers a variety of programs, from gymnastics to cheerleading, after-school training, birthday parties, and everything in between. Each program is designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels. High ceilings of the facility provide ample height for high bar activities and other gymnastic events, making it an ideal space for advanced gymnastics training. The interior build-out program includes a new lobby, concessions, parent viewing area, restrooms, break room, and coach offices. Modifications to the existing concrete slab included the construction of multiple recessed pits for gymnastics operations. The Fusion Athletic Center project included grading, general site work, and an extensive retaining wall.
